Ecograte™ Series Extra Coarse Cheese Grater

This grater cuts through hard cheese like butter thanks to the extra coarse blades, and the handle is comfortable to grip even after grating a whole block. Cleanup was quick with just a rinse—no annoying food stuck in the teeth.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much easier this grates hard cheeses compared to my old box grater. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable to grip, even after a long block of parmesan. It’s quickly become my go-to for recipes.

The extra coarse blade tears through a block of cheddar in seconds, way faster than the fine side of my old box grater. It feels solid in the hand and the grated cheese doesn't clump up. Only thing I'd change is wishing it came with a cover.
