This grater really earns its keep in the kitchen. The stainless steel blade is incredibly sharp and makes perfect, thin julienne strips without any tearing. Cleanup is also a breeze since the paddle is so wide.

I’ve used a lot of graters that just mash the food, but those photo-etched blades actually cut clean, feathery strips every time. Even after several rounds of zucchini and carrots, it hasn’t dulled a bit.

The paddle is wide enough that I can run a whole carrot down it without stopping, and the strips come out uniform every time. I've been using it for cucumber and zucchini ribbons all week and the stainless blade still cuts like day one.
