梅森罐蓋刨絲器

I was skeptical about another gadget in my kitchen drawer, but these fit right on standard jars and the black ABS ring gives a solid grip. The fine blade zests a lemon in seconds without shredding my knuckles, which is more than I can say for my old box grater.

The ribbon blade makes short work of soft cheese and it screws right onto my regular mason jars, so there's one less bowl to wash. The fine blade is scary sharp though, caught my thumb once already.

I grated a block of parmesan straight into a mason jar with the ribbon blade and it came out in perfect fluffy shreds. The fine blade handles zest without clogging, which was my main worry. Cleaning is just a rinse, no disassembly headache.
