Finally got around to testing this on carrots for a salad and was blown away by how effortlessly it creates perfect, restaurant-style julienne strips. The jagged stainless steel blade really grabs even the softest ingredients without needing much pressure.

I was skeptical at first, but the stainless steel blade’s jagged edges make short work of carrots and zucchini in one smooth pull. It’s lighter than my old peeler, so my wrist didn’t tire even after shredding a whole salad’s worth.

The stainless steel blade makes quick work of carrots and zucchini — I get uniform matchsticks in about a minute instead of fighting with a knife. The jagged edge is seriously sharp, so watch your fingers, but it's earned a permanent spot in my drawer.
