アーティザンシリーズ 双方向リボンチーズ＆チョコレートグレーター

The wide surface area made quick work of a whole block of cheddar, and the shreds came out perfectly even for melting. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too, which is usually the dealbreaker for me with graters.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast this grater works on a block of Parmesan—the wide surface really cuts down prep time. The only small thing is that the handle feels a bit short for my hand, but the curls come out beautifully consistent.

The ribbon curls it produces are much finer and more delicate than I expected, which worked perfectly for garnishing a pasta dish. The only downside is that it’s a bit tricky to clean the smaller crevices, but it’s still a solid upgrade from my old box grater.
